During my undergraduate studies, one of my fall senior design pieces was costuming a dance performance dedicated to the memory of Leslie's [the choreographer’s] grandmother, who had passed away. The show featured three dancers symbolizing the three generations of women in her family: her grandmother, her mother, and her sister. Consequently, the design was meticulously crafted to mirror the distinct ages and stages of each character.
